Worst care possible. Takes months to get you in. I went to the drive thru covid testing because I was sick when the covid was a thing. Took 10 days before they contacted me. Went again a couple of weeks ago to the ER because I was sick and couldn't get in to see a doctor until Feb. They tested me for RSV, Covid, Flu. A month later and never heard back. I called to get a follow up following the ER visit and they said it would be Feb before they could get me in. I'm still not well, and I walked in today and they told me I need to get tested again in the drive thru testing. I can't wait another 10 days or who knows how long to get results and get treated. I told them I had already been tested a few weeks prior in the ER. They wouldn't even look at me, just said doesn't matter,to to the drive thru testing. Guess I will make the drive to another clinic where they care and will treat you. Never had worse care in my whole life.
I was told my child looks Hispanic, and I need to provide documentation proving her native at ER admissions. She’s been seen there multiple times in the past. We have had issues nearly every time. This place is terrible.
These people are terrible, I am still fairly young, I can’t imagine trying to navigate through all the no call backs and no response from this facility, if I were old and trying to get any type of help. I’ve been trying to get a referral for months, can’t get in touch with anyone in the office after 2 o’clock, started calling in morning last week, and then told I’ll get a call back. Had to call back today, no apologies, explain while being ignored about what I’m saying and then just told I’ll get an email, which I’ve already been told a few times now. I understand we all have bad days, but I’ve been trying to get a possible heart issue taken care of for 6 months now, it took 2 months from the time I started this process to get any kind of response. No one takes responsibility here, they pass the buck, not one person has apologized or taken any kind of responsibility, just keep pushing me down the road and telling me it will get done.
Had some blood work done pregnancy related and have tried calling 3 days in a row aside from the weekend in between to get my results and my doctor/nurse still won’t answer. I’m getting fed up.
I absolutely love their dental clinic I take all my kids there and those ladies are amazing! And tonight my 8yr old broke his arm st school they sent me to the ER and he got right in and the nurses and doctors were amazing thank you for all you do!
Getting an MRI was easy. I got in at the exact time of my appointment and the two female attendants nurses were very nice. I should've got their names. They both had long blond hair. Thank you ladies!
I was experiencing immense abdominal pain and the ER staff was very quick getting me in. They started me on a sepsis protocol due to my vitals and got me admitted. After 5 days of being treated like I was the only patient I had to be transferred to Hillcrest in Tulsa due to surgery requirements. Every member of the staff was phenomenal.
Thank you guys a ton. I went to the ER a couple times 2 weeks ago, because of my leg and lower back. Everyone was very professional and treated me like family. Emily is doing great as she just started, great enthusiasm and kindness. Both women doctors who accompanied me were very professional. The steroids helped and 2 weeks later I’m almost 95% back to normal. Still will need physical therapy and probably another month until I’m 100%, but if it wasn’t for the cooperation on you guys end, I wouldn’t be as healthy as I am now. Unfortunately, I heard a middle aged man who was working in the ER, letting out his frustration about how the ER shouldn’t be an “urgent care facility.” I completely understand. I hope the idea will push through and you guys figure out a way to get an urgent care part going. Thanks all.
I was in severe back pain and drove 2 hours from OKC so my CT scan would be covered under my indian health care. I have never had a better experience in an ER. I was taken back within 5 minutes, given an injection for pain within 10, and taken to CT shortly after. I think I was in and out 2 hours total if that and not once did I question what was going on or have to sit and wonder. I’ve never been so impressed by an ER and i’ve never had anywhere close to as nice of an experience at any other ER in my life.
I was going to call for a doctors appointment for a speech impediment, however the receptionist on the other line was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude that I just hanged up. They need to hire a new person willing to take the job instead of some weak willed woman who lashes out at people.
