IU Hillel is the center of Jewish life on the Indiana University campus; serving over 4,000 Jewish students, and the Bloomington Jewish community.
Hillel, the Foundation of Jewish Campus Life, is dedicated to bringing meaningful and celebratory Jewish experience to all Jewish members of the university world. As the organized Jewish community’s designated agent on campus, Hillel encourages and assists students, faculty, campus professionals and community leaders in creating rich social intellectual, activist, and spiritual experiences for the Jewish student community according to locally defined needs and interest.
