Salon Policies
-First Time Visit:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first visit to allow enough time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, reducing it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed
-Late Policy:
If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at FULL VALUE. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
-Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Please give no less than 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment so that we may accommodate other guests waiting to get in. Clients who no-show or do not give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel their appointment will be charged in full for the service scheduled.
Consistent canceling or no-showing appointments will require a credit card hold to reserve the service scheduled
-Children:
Out of consideration of our guests who are here for relaxation, we kindly ask that you arrange for child care prior to your services with us. No child will be allowed in the spa/salon area unless they are having services performed. Children waiting for their appointment must remain in the lobby and must not be left unattended
-Payments & Gratuity:
We accept Cash, Visa, & MasterCard as payment.
Gratuities are not included in service prices and may be given as a personal appreciation of our service to you.
-Cell Phones & Pagers:
Please turn all cellphones & pagers off during your stay at Indira Spa & Salon, Ltd.
-Prices Subject To Change:
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the most current trends/techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and brochures updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We appreciate all our guests however, we reserve the right to refuse service at anytime, to anyone, for any reason.
-Visitors:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the salon area of our establishment, including children. All non-clients must remain in the salon lobby.
-Booking Appointments:
Our services/treatments are particularly sought after, so we recommend booking your services in advance, or before you leave our facility. Should you want to add treatments to your service the day you arrive, please inquire during your check in/arrival.
-Return Policy:
There are NO RETURNS on Aveda products unless an allergic reaction has resulted.
AVEDA products are derived from pure plant and flower essences. If for any reason you have an allergic reaction, you may return the product for a full refund with receipt. Without a receipt, we will allow you salon credit which may be used towards any salon service or retail purchase. We will ask that you fill out a form to return to AVEDA to inform them of the reaction.
