An enjoyable fitness experience starts with the facility and the atmosphere provided by the owners and management. An extreme amount of care and concearn has been put into the design of our studio. We are a private personal training studio. We specialize in weight loss and fitness for disease prevention. However we are also certified and available for the following Fitness services:

Coach Cal has been instrumental in my son's improvement in basketball. He is firm, but fair and really cares about my child's success. Coach cal accommodates to every aspect a client needs for new life change. I thought I was signing up for just a personal trainer but his philosophy and passion for fitness is a clear sign that he does much more than create programming. Genetically, I’m a larger woman with goals of fat loss and muscle tone for my specific body type and his explanation of nutrition and exercise is something I will take with me forever. Our 1:1 sessions have been helping me reach consistent results while not getting burnt out mentally. Calvin is very patient yet motivating which separates him from other businesses. I have had many personal trainers before Calvin but his expertise SHOWS as soon as you walk into his gym. I feel stronger physically AND mentally, which is not something every personal trainer can help you with. Consistency is the key and Calvin is the locksmith!
