I got locked out of my apartment so i googled a locksmith and found infinity. The infinity locksmith showed up very quickly and was able to open my door in a few minutes. He was also able to give me a duplicate key on the spot. The pricing is not bad and they do very good work! Id definitely call again!

Definitely the best locksmith service I could have asked for. They were super nice and answered all my questions. The locksmith arrived quickly in about 20 minutes and got me in my house a few minutes later. He was very courteous and polite. The price was fair. All and all, made my lockout experience not too bad. Thank you and I would absolutely recommend to everyone I know.

Terrible service! Got the run around for over 2 hours from a service tech on day one of trying to get service. First, he asked for pictures of the lock and said he would be to my location in 20 mins. 45 mins later I called to check and he said "Oh, the other tech hasn't called you yet? I will have him call". After waiting another 20 mins and no call, I called the office again to let them know I couldn't wait any longer and would call the next morning to make an appointment. She was friendly and said she would add a 10% off credit to my services. Then called this morning to explain the situation and she see if someone would come out this morning. The dispatcher told me that the service tech closed out the ticket, stating they could not complete the work and that I should call another company. They never showed and made me wait, telling me they were coming. Then when asked to actually show up, they recommended me go elsewhere after never looking at the lock and deciding they couldn't replace it. Mind you, this is a simple ford car lock, should be something a locksmith can work with. Usually, all for the smaller local companies but should have gone with AAA for this one!

Very good and prompt service. The guy couldn't be more helpful. He even spent extra time explaining the lock system to my autistic brother who cant understand these things. I recommend Infinity for top class service. Thanks again, Emily CX

I wish there were a 6-Star category because that is what I would give Moti the owner. 1. I have been broken into and had to change locks late at night. Moti shows up and does not try to rip me off like other locksmiths I’ve used. 2. Recently had to meet him on a Sunday, he accomodated. I had to postpone an hour. No complaint. No threats of “this will be more expensive.” He just said ok and did his usual quick and efficient work when he got to the apt. 3. Just yesterday I had to have some complicated locks changed because a key had fallen into the “wrong hands” and I did not want to find out the hard way that the person was a thief. I called Moti. Explained the situation and that it was delicate. He was a gentleman. Did his work quietly and quickly and let me pay him by card over the phone because I didn’t want the “wrong hands” who had the old key to see what was going on. Moti was discreet and professional. This guy is polite. Honest. Prices are fair for the promptness and quality of service. I would not choose anyone else. An interesting anecdote: Yesterday when I had realized that my keys had fallen into the wrong hands I was told that the locks I have “Emtek” were expensive and required a specialized locksmith in LA to change them out. I called that locksmith, explained that I had an emergency on my hands and needed help right away. They quoted me a price a bit lower I mean like ten bucks lower than what Moti charged in the end and said “how about we schedule you for a week from Friday!!!” I was floored. I explained that this was an emergency and needed the work done today this was around 1pm. I figured that I would call Infinity in case Moti could recommend someone for this “complicated” lock. Moti said “I do Emtek. I’ll be there in an hour.” Honest. Reliable. Quick. Professional. Discreet. What can I tell you. I love this guy.

I was overcharged but had no other option. Nearly $200 for a basic doorknob lock. ROBBERY!!! Where was the “fair pricing” I read in the reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
