I had a great experience at Infinity Tax & Accounting Services Inc.! I was a little bit nervous about tax season, but they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'm definitely going to be coming back next year. The staff is super friendly and they have great prices. I would definitely recommend giving them a call to set up an appointment.
What an amazing team here at Infinity Tax Services. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I have been coming to get my taxes done for years here. Mr. Thompson is very knowledgeable in all areas of dealing with tax returns, insurance etc. Such an amazing team to be a part of. Most reasonable tax services in Georgia to come to have your returns done. Mr. Thompson has many years in the field and will make sure your experience will be valuable. You can always find him at his local office assuring that you will have your return without any issues. Great company!!!!!!!
Found this office on yelp for a business matter I had questions about and I spoke with Huei who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called back in after the weekend to get clarification on something we spoke about and move forward with her services. I was told Huei wouldn’t be in until the afternoon. The lady who answered the phone and another lady I was transferred to were both so rude that I had to hang up. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or even say “hi” she immediately gets on the phone and yells “Well what’s your question?!” The customer service between them and Huei was night and day that I had to get off that call. What a shame.

It's that time of year again. We used Infiniti Tax Services for the 1st time last year, and let me say, we were very pleased with the service and knowledge we received. We were given some tips on how to save for the next time so we wouldn't owe so much, if anything. Can't wait to go back this year! Very stress free and affordable!
Same day service this late in tax season, efficient, friendly, and great rate. Mr Thompson even found a new tax code that saved me over 800 dollars!

Ms. Dan & Mr. Thompson has helped me out with my taxes for the last 6 years since 2016. I am very pleased with their services as they are very professional and I have never had an issue with their response. In last 2 years, due to COVID, I emailed all documents to Ms. Dan and she always responded back to me. I believe that as long as you provide all the information they need to prepare your tax; they will promptly respond back to you. I recommend Infinity Tax for their great service, knowledge, and detail oriented.
