I recently had a gel pedicure at a Inga's Beauty Salon, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I feel it is important to share my feedback regarding the discomfort I experienced due to the absence of a proper seating arrangement during the lengthy two-hour process. To begin with, I was informed that the pedicurist was a podologist, which led me to believe that I would receive a high level of expertise and care. However, it soon became evident that either she lacked the necessary experience or was not, in fact, a podologist. This raised concerns about the quality of the service from the very beginning. During the treatment, there was a bizarre incident where the pedicurist abruptly finished working on my toes and proceeded to ask me to pick a color, completely disregarding the rest of my feet. I was taken aback by this as I assumed that a pedicure would naturally include the full treatment for my feet. I had to clarify my expectations, and she seemed unaware that I wanted the complete service. This lack of basic understanding was quite perplexing. Adding to the disappointment was the price I paid for the service. At $80, I expected a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. However, the entire process was interrupted by the pedicurist's next appointment, scheduled to begin in just five minutes. This indicated a clear issue with time management and scheduling, which negatively impacted my experience. It is simply discourteous to keep customers waiting for an extended period, especially when appointments are made in advance. Due to the rushed nature of the pedicure, I felt uncomfortable and rushed through the process. This resulted in a lack of precision in the application of the polish. The end result did not meet my expectations, and I left the salon feeling dissatisfied with the overall gel pedicure service I received. Considering the $80 price tag and the additional $10 tip I provided, I expected a much higher level of satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not fully enjoy the experience and feel that I did not receive my money's worth. In conclusion, I wanted to share my disappointment with the gel pedicure service I received. The absence of proper seating, the poor time management with scheduling, and the lack of attention to detail all contributed to an unsatisfactory experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the overall quality of service provided by the salon.
I would like to share my positive review of the podologist services. Anna provided me with excellent care and demonstrated high professionalism. During my visit, she attentively listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She conducted a thorough examination of my feet and offered effective solutions to my issues. Thanks to her assistance, my feet have been feeling much better. I am highly satisfied with the outcome and would recommend her services to anyone in need of professional podiatric care.
Avoid at all costs. Not only the owner/manager lacks work ethics but she is also rude and hostile toward her customers. She bullies those clients who have the courage to complaint on the poor quality services or highly over priced procedures and would call the police on you as an intimidation technique. Do not get fooled by overly positive reviews on this lame facility. They entice clients to leave positive feedbacks in return for some cheap lotions. Use your money in other professional studios where you are treated with respect and by true professionals.
I recently visited Inga’s Beauty Studio for facial. Esthetician was very gentle and explained what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. Everyone was very friendly and atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
I just had a facial procedure today first time in this place. Lesya is very professional beautician! I have a sensitive skin, after facial procedure my skin was glowing. Great experience and service! Highly recommend this place.
My experience with Inga’s Beauty School was so much more that I expected; the girls are very professional, you can see that they know and love what they learning . Oksana is the one who was performing my treatments and I can honestly say that she is going to be a knowledgeable and wonderful specialist . The atmosphere that Inga created here makes you want to come back more and more.
I was among of those who took the course “Beautician from 0”. The knowledge which I’ve got is priceless and definitely unique. I’m using them everyday at work. During the course, I’ve learned a lot. After it I definitely became more confident in myself and my expertise, expanded my services list. There is no problem for me to find clients at all, after I show them what I’m able to do in this field. Thank you Inga, this is was my lucky moment to meet you and be your student.
