The employees in the deli wouldn't help the one making plates for people. I was waiting 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. Maybe you could put customer service before the potato salad?

I’ve traveled this country and this is the most random small town I’ve ever seen with the nicest grocery store! I would highly recommend shopping here rather the across the street. Everybody is nice and helpful. Be nice if the fresh food would make something different other than green beans but that’s my personal opinion. This is a beautiful place to shop.

I love shopping at this store; however, I spoke with a manager and asked him to order a case of green label, Maple flavored Karo syrup for my kids who lives in Florida no one sells green label down there. He said sure and took my info. A month later, no syrup. 2 months later no syrup. If he said he would get it for me, then he should make sure I got it before replenishing his shelves. A man's word is everything!

With one exception, the entire staff were dismissive, nasty, unhappy. I thought the change in managers may have helped, but there is definitely no customer service being taught.

2 years ago, I ordered a sheet cake & 24 cupcakes for my baby shower. The cake & cupcakes tasted amazing but could've looked better. I just dismissed it as they were busy or the person decorating the cake was new so this year for my daughter's 2nd birthday, I ordered the same amount of cupcakes & a half sheet & smash cake decorated in Frozen. I had my husband pick them up & they were done on time but I literally asked him if he drove back like he was in Nascar because the smash cake was leaning or just higher on one side than the other, the sheet cake had icing missing from the bottom & the writing on it looked like someone had never done it before. But just like 2yrs ago, it tasted great! So if you want it to appear perfect, you may want to try somewhere else but if you care more about the taste than looks, Ingles bakery is definitely the place to go. I would recommend depending on how picky they are on the looks vs taste. The employees all wore masks & were very helpful as well. They followed my instructions just as I asked which is a plus also!

The store is very clean and laid out well. They have a good meat selection, deli, produce, salad bar and hot food section, with a good selection in all, however, the prices are the highest in town, look for the sale items. They have a wine and beer section and also grocery pickup. If an item rings up wrong, you get it free, but you have to watch and ask, the sign hangs above check out line entry, many cashiers do not even know this. The pharmacy is superior! You get gas points up to $1 and each prescription you get is 50 points, flu shots are 200 points, the pharmacist and techs are great.

Clean store, but like all stores ,prices are too high, and staff could've been a little more friendly.

This is a good place to find specialty flours for gluten free baking. I love the selection of foods and wines at the store.

5 stars if they didn't run out of my coffee so often.
