The library provides free public Internet access with inexpensive printing at $0.10 per page, and free wi-fi. We are also a Federal and state depository with thousands of government documents, many available as full-text .pdf documents through our catalogue. Professional librarians and support staff are here to assist you when we are open in person, by telephone and e-mail; our databases and catalogue are available day and night! We also provide special services and programming for children, young adults, a law collection for the nearby courthouse and a specialized tax and business reference collection.

The Inglewood Public Library is not a full-service law library, but we do carry a few large printed sets:
United States
United States Code Annotated, United States Reports, Supreme Court Digest, Code of Federal Regulations, Martindale-Hubbell directory and law summaries
California
West's California Codes Annotated, Statutes, California Code of Regulations (CD-ROM, available at the Serials Desk), and Cal Jur III (legal encyclopedia). We also have the Inglewood Municipal Code online, the Los Angeles Municipal Code, and Los Angeles County ordinances.
General
Materials on obtaining patent, copyright, and trademark protection; do-it-yourself resources for non-profit and for-profit corporations, wills, divorce/dissolution, and more.
Tax Information
A broad spectrum of resources pertaining to California and U.S. taxation is maintained separately from the general law collection. Tax forms, both state and federal, for the current tax year are available free in the lobby of the Main Library beginning 1 February of each year. Copies of older tax forms may be photocopied from books at the Information Desk on the first floor, or downloaded from the Internet. Each library offers a selection of books, magazines, and sound recordings, as well as Internet access, educational computer games, word processing, spreadsheet software, and an electronic encyclopedia, dictionary, and atlas.
Servicios a la Comunidad Hispana (Hispanic Services)
La División de Servicios a la Comunidad Hispana provée servicios de consulta e información en español. Personal de habla hispana se encarga de la selección, catalogación y preparación de los materiales para el uso del público. La División mantiene una extensa colección de materiales y recursos en español. Incluye libros para adultos y para niños, periódicos, revistas, audiolibros, videos populares y educacionales, y música en discos compactos y casetes. Hay una colección especial de materiales para aprender inglés y español como segundo idioma. La colección de Consulta y Referencia incluye enciclopedias temáticas y generales, atlases, diccionarios, guías de todas clases y recursos electrónicos. El personal de la División orienta a los usuarios de habla hispana en el uso de los materiales y servicios de la Biblioteca. The Hispanic Services Division provides reference and information service in Spanish to Spanish-speaking patrons and the Latino population, and those interested in Hispanic and Latin American culture and the Spanish Language. In addition, the division is charged with developing and maintaining a collection of materials and resources in Spanish. Hispanic Services staff conducts tours for the public, provide informational and cultural library programs, and offer instruction in the use of library materials and resources to Spanish-speaking clients. Audio-Visual Division
Subject DVDs circulate for seven days, and feature film DVDs for three days. As do our cassette sound recordings, recorded literature on CD circulate for three weeks.
Language Lab
The Audio-Visual Division hosts a language lab, designed to help people learn English. Those wishing to take advantage of this resource may sign up at the Audio-Visual desk, third floor, Main Library.
