I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for Brad Harr and his team! Their professionalism, the care they had for my son after his accident, and even now after the settlement. We weren’t just clients and they made us feel like family.  They put my sons needs first, they made sure he was informed, that we were informed of every step, every aspect of his case. Brad and Cheryl are family now.  I would t trust anyone else, this wasn’t another case for them, this didn’t end after it was over.  I still talk to them to this day and I imagine I will till the day I die.  Thank Brad!!!

I had a bad experience at our Albertson Grocery store.  I opened one of their freezer doors and it came off of it's hinges do to age and gave me a bad gash on the front of my leg.  Had to go to the emergency room and six wound clinic visits that they did not want to pay for.  I didn't break their door, their door broke me!  I had to get a lawyer for help and Brad Harr at Injury Smart law was great!  I just wanted my medical paid for and he got me more than that!  Thank you for your help!  You were AWESOME!  I don't understand why any store would not have medical insurance for customers who get injured in their store.  Especially, if all you are asking for is for them to pay for the medical care of the injury caused in their store due to their faulty equipment!!!

Review in 2015 - revised below: I love Brad Harr & his firm!!! They are the most genuinely helpful, thoughtful, hrad-working indviduals I could've hoped for & more. Especially with my situation they helped with. Brad, himself, was very patient, diligent, professional, & sincerely kind. He has changed mine & my family's life with his hard work & I wish I could fully express my thorough thanks & gratitude to him & his company! I would recommend this company to anyone anyday anytiime!! Thank you so, SO much Mr. Harr!!!  01/01/23: Starting note; I genuinely am not one who feels a reward or payoff for slander or negative remarks in any regard; this revised review is with intention of  overdue & desired justice regarding a dispute that I’m trying to resolve. Mr Brad Harr, formally, is a talented attorney, however, I feel he had committed a disservice to my specific person, & I need to add that I received his counsel in the wrongful death of my mother when I was 21, so this is very much so a very prominent & detrimental experience & challenge for me. I hope when all has been finally said & done, that a mutual, satisfactory agreement is settled.

They were very professional and treated me with the utmost kindness. I very pleased with my settlement and the service.

Brad Harr has been a great attorney to work with on our case.  He was very knowlegable in all the areas in which we had questions.  He took the lead in dealing with the insurance companies and medical bills.  We did not have to worry at all.  Brad was kind to meet with us whenever we had questions.  His paralegal,Cheryl , also helped us in many ways that she will not know.  I would highly recommend Brad and his firm to help any who have been involved with an accident. I consider Brad Harr the gold standard in his field. Do not waste your time consulting any other firm. Brad takes his time with each client and although I did not have a case he set aside his personal time to answer each of my questions. His staff is very professional yet personable and friendly. I highly recommend Brad, you will not be disappointed.
