Excellent service. I met with Garret after suffering from whiplash after my car accident and he helped a lot. Gave me some really good exercises to work on and followed up throughout. I continued going well after my MPI coverage expired.
Service was great and met my expectations. The physiotherapists and receptionist are very friendly. Answered any questions I had regarding my injury and demonstrated how to tape up my knee for a match I had coming up. They are accomodating as well in terms of booking appointments that fit my schedule. I would highly reccommend to everyone of all ages.

The time I spent at this clinic was enjoyable; the staff were very accommodating and each visit was quick and efficient. I recommend the physiotherapists Garret and Partiba if they're still there. PS: It's quite convenient that they did direct billing too
Everyone is so caring. They've never rushed me and they've been incredibly patient when I've mixed up my appointments. The therapy I've received has really helped with my healing. I am so grateful for this clinic and all of the staff.
I booked my appointment for MpI injury and I was told to come in at 1pm Wednesday. I walked in and receptionist didn’t greeted me and looked at me as I am not supposed to be there. Then i just found out the person who booked my schedule booked me for the following week. Im not going back to this clinic anymore. Poor customer service. Really really disappointed. I will rate them zero.
Called this morning to book an appointment to see if I can get into see a physiotherapy dr..The receptionist was very ruined when asking me questions..I told her that I was in a rear end accident and my doctor requested me to go to physiotherapist and I have a injury claim open with mpi..She asked me well when did you get into your accident,I told her last week,then all of a sudden she says to me well why did it take you this long to call and make an appointment..I responded back to her I was dealing with MPI and had to go see a doctor..Very rude when she stated that to me..Then she said well the earliest I can get you in is next week..After she stated that and with her being very rude I told her that I will look for another place to do physiotherpy.
I recommend Inkster Park Physiotherapy to everyone they have great physiotherapists who are very friendly and professional they are open late and on Saturdays All covid protocols are being followed
Great customer service, great treatment. Helped with my back injury and I'm back to 100
