"One of my dreams was to create better smiles for people and I believe I have achieved that," says Dr. John Tchaboukian who recently acquired a dental practice in La Verne named, Inland Dental Group on Foothill Blvd. Born and raised in an Armenian family in Lebanon, spanning three countries, Dr. Tchaboukian has been practicing in California for the last decade. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Yerevan State Medical University in 1992 and continued his education afterwards in Lebanese University & UCLA. A member of American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Lebanese Dental Association, he has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is family oriented, passionate towards his profession, takes pride in what he does and treats all his patients like his family. Dr. Tchaboukian is excited to serve the La Verne community to meet their expectations in their dental needs.

Amazing service starting from the front desk. Dr. Jhon did an amazing job, he's fast and professional, what other dentists take 3 visits to complete, he does in one visit and does it right. Don't waste your time going to other dentists, De. John and his team are the best!
Awful experience! Went in for a routine appointment- as a NEW patient and new to the area- left learning about multiple cavities that were bothersome . Returned for fillings. 24 hours after fillings, returned AGAIN due to sensitivity and unable to bite or talk comfortably without sensitivity to the worked area. Explained my feelings, mentioned my anxiety towards dental procedures...after removing a high spot in the filling, Dr. disregarded all of my complaints, told me I should wait a couple days for "things to settle". Now home, 1.5 hours later and I can't talk without sensitivity, and definitely NOT eat anything on the effected side.
Dr. Tchaboukian Dr. John is a wonderful dentist. Not only do you get a strong sense of his competence in the dental work that he performs, but he does so with great sensitivity and concern for your comfort. He communicates clearly and shares thoroghly his findings and bases for his recommendations. I've been going to him for many years and can truly say he's the best dentist I've ever had. Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth. Dr. John!
Read to the end, please. After going to their office for two years, I had to reschedule the last appointment. I receive a reminder the day before, as usual, and I either confirm or reschedule. In the last one, I needed to reschedule because I was just diagnosed with cancer and have a lot going n. I knew I wouldn't make it to the dentist that day, so I asked to reschedule. They sent another reminder the same day, and when I called to clarify why they didn't receive the cancellation message, they said, ohh that was a courtesy reminder, and I would have called them two days ahead. So, they ask you to contact us 48 hours on, but they send you a reminder ONLY 18 hours before your appointment. SHE Jessica SAID, “IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE CANCER.” How nasty can someone be?
The staff are a group of kind wonderful ladies, always very pleasant and cheery! Dr. John is a master of his craft. He takes meticulous care to ensure his work is perfect, and it shows! I had a lot of work done and while I was a tad nervous, I walked out smiling and very happy with my results. I highly recommend Dr. John and his team!
Couldn't have ask for a more gentle dentist. I was also very nervous because of my previous dentist visit from other facilities, this dentist put me at ease and was super gentle.
Dr. John has done phenomenal work over the past 5 months on my teeth. I had neglected my teeth for years and needed pretty substantial work done in order to restore them back to "normal". He is very detail oriented and takes a lot of pride in his work which is reflected in the end product. My top front teeth were all crowned, and the end result was very aesthetic and natural looking. Dr. John made sure everything not only looked great, fit perfect, but also made it so I no longer have a gap in my teeth which I was always self-conscious about. My smile looks the better than ever, and I could not recommend Inland Dental Group more!
I had an excellent experience at Inland Dental. Dr. John took his time and repaired previous work that was not done properly. He took photos to show me what was done before, during, and after which helped me understand the procedure. The women that work there in the front office and the dental assistants are very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this office to anyone on the search for a new dentist.
The receptionists are warm, reassuring, and professional. The interior decor is inviting. Dr Tchaboukian is professional and gentle which is much appreciated in a dentist. I love that Jessica and Dr. Tchaboukian made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I wanted. They're a great team! And Leeann, the Hygenist, is such a professional and personable delight!
Dr john is the best!!! I had a problem with the same tooth for many years. Went to 6 different dentists for it and still the issue never got fixed. I had constant infections, bad breath and smell, pain etc. I finally went to Dr. John. He worked on it for 2 hours and replaced the crown. He is very detailed and knows what he is doing. I’m very happy with my tooth and his work and no longer have any of those problems! The staff is very friendly and the clinic is super nice. I highly recommend anyone to visit inland dental group and Dr. John for their dental needs!
