Counseling and Wellness
Participants will learn to manage stress, depression and/or anxiety. They will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and experienced professionals in individual counseling, clinical yoga, or both.
For example participants will be given tools for:

Learning to let go of what they can’t control

Learning to live in the moment

Becoming more self aware

Developing a more healthy body image

Increasing self acceptance
*
Increasing physical fitness
