People start practicing yoga for numerous reasons. Practicing yoga is a personal experience. Yoga is designed to enhance consciousness and deepen awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. It helps balance the nervous system, improve cardiovascular health, and increase muscular-skeletal strength and flexibility. It positively impacts every system of the body; including the immune, glandular, circulatory, respiratory, muscular-skeletal, digestive, reproductive, and nervous systems. It reduces the negative effects of stress and improves mental health and overall well being. on an energetic level it opens and balances the energy centers, known as chakras, in the body.
Inner Peace Yoga is for beginners as well as for the advanced yogi. Therefore, no experience is necessary. Inner Peace Yoga offers a non-competitive and friendly atmosphere to learn and practice yoga and meditation through physical postures, breath work, and various meditative techniques.
We offer Basic Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga, Kali Natha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra as well as Radiant Child Yoga for Children.
Inner Peace Yoga studio exists within Thrive Integrative Wellness Center which offers various other services, education and tools needed for healthy living. The environment allows the opportunity for a community to grow within the center. The common reception area of the Center allows one to spend time with others or simply relax by one's self in between classes or appointments.
Private yoga lessons are also available to meet your individual needs and times.
