I was dreading, the process, of buying a new bed. It was so easy to find the right bed, for me, at Innomax. They explained why certain beds were not right , for the type of sleeper that I am, and found me the perfect mattress. They were quick in delivery, and set up of the mattress and adjustable base system. It was great being able to read in bed, and I had the best night’s sleep in years. Can not wait to try the massage unit. Thank you so much.
It worked well for a good couple years but all in all really only lasts as long as a regular mattress I’m switching back to a beauty rest. At this point the air chambers are deflating nightly, the pump is failing, the zipper is failing and the stitching burst on one side of the air chamber so it is raised much higher then the other side. The 20 year warranty means they will fix it at a discounted price between years 3-20. So if you are looking for a 20 year lifespan look elsewhere but if you like it and expect it to last no more then 10 years then it is probably for you. But it is so expensive to fix it will become a money pit. They are nice and all but not worth it I will spend the extra couple dollars and get a high end memory foam or beauty rest mattress not worth spending the money to get it fixed and have no mattress for how ever long it takes to fix it.
My wife and I bought a waterbed through Innomax, and we could not be more pleased. From the day I first contacted John Hannon, the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing! I bothered him over 50 times with calls, questions and emails, and not once did he fail to respond quickly and professionally. What an awesome ambassador for Innomax! If you guys do not treat him right, I will hire him myself! Thank you!
I have enjoyed my InnoMax bed for years. The pump stopped working. They wanted $500+ for a new pump. I bought a REM Air System replacement for $250 Amazon, delivered to my front door. I had to modify the original tube on the mattress insert a 1/2 tube in the original hose. The new pump works quieter and faster than the original.
Have had my bed a few years now. Cannot express more how this bed is not worth the money. the sides are already losing form, it sags in the middle. I have had many beds in my life that were half the price and held up twice as well. The bed feels comfortable for six months then the wear sets in. Don't believe the hype you wlll kick yourself later. Addition to review: Ps. I got a call from them after posting this with a ton of hype about them coming to look at it. They did and the guy said it was defective and he sees this a lot with their beds on the adjustable base. But, guess what never another word from them. 5 weeks later and nothing. So it's like they want to say they are going to do something about my defective mattress for the sake of saying it, but not really do anything. Very sad. Update 1/6 Spoke to to them today when I called to find out what was going on. Was told a replacement had been ordered and would be to me in 8 more weeks. I will update when and if this resolves. They had not notified me that a replacement was ordered so I was happy to hear they followed up. More to come and hopefully an updated perspective.
The bed is very comfortable and was exactly what we expected. The delivery was perfect. The communication along the way was great so we knew what to expect. The added bonus was the excellent attention and communication from the manufacturer representative- John Hammon. We haven’t had this kind of customer service in 50 years!
My fiancé and I had been shopping around for awhile for our first bed. We had zero luck at most name brand places. It felt like they were trying to rush us and get a quick sale. We were referred to InnoMax from a friend who swears by his bed he bought from them. From the beginning to the end our sales experience was great. Tommy was very through in educating us on their product and took the time to figure out what we both liked and found us a mattress that we are very excited about. All around great experience, competitive pricing, and what seemed to be a high quality product compared to some name brand places.
This was a most pleasant, positive experience. From purchasing with NO pressure and finding the perfect solution for me, to the delivery even a bit earlier than scheduled. Professional, personalize, friendly, service. Recommend 100%.

We are returning customers as we really like InnoMax. Tommy and Mark were very helpful and patient as we talked through many different options. We ended up getting the adjustable bed with the air mattress system, and really love it. The installation was quick and easy and the installers were friendly and courteous. We never felt any sales pressure at all - just good conversation about the different bed types and what would work best for us. I would highly recommend InnoMax - you won't be disappointed!
