Description
We are open Mon-Thu until 5:30 pm and Fri until 4 pm. We close at 12 pm on the last Friday of the month. Our office is located conveniently at 1125 Mellen Street in Centralia, just a few blocks east of I-5.
Both doctors are currently accepting new patients. Our optical department offers a wide selection of frames, including top name brands, and fitting/repair services free-of-charge. We participate in most insurance plans, including Medicare and DSHS.
