Every member of my family, of all ages, anxiety levels, and genetic tooth dispositions have had an amazing time working with this team. Team. They are so kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and good to work with. We're going to be five for five doing Invisalign and they've made the process super smooth. I would recommend them to basically anyone!
I've been with Innovative for 15 years. I love Dr. Rogan Schneider! She is professional and thorough, but friendly, gentle and has incredibly good listening skills. All the staff hygienist and front desk are excellent as well!
I would not recommend this location. I had to have a filling redone within a month of having it put in. When I needed to transfer my Invisalign after relocating it took over a month. Pleasant communication but the work did not meet my expectations.
I have seen Dr. Rogan Schneider for many years and she and her staff are amazing. Shes not only an expert in her field, she also takes time to ask about my family and life and always makes a point to say hello, even if she’s busy. She’s wonderful and would not hesitate to recommend her practice to anyone.
Dr. Schneider did an excellent job with my Invisalign case even under a time crunch and was always willing to work with me. Her hygienists, assistants, and even the front desk staff took the time to get to know me and remember me over the course of my treatment. I felt very cared for and listened to here, and definitely recommend her practice.
Very supportive and direct about dental health. Always has great recommendations on ways to incorporate good habits .
These people are in organized and very inpatient with their new patients. I had a 2:20pm appointment today. And I gave them my insurance information several times. I asked them to quote me how much my co-pay was and they waited to the day of my appointment to tell me they don’t have my information. The front desk lady called being very condescending. I asked to speak to her supervisor she denied me access and canceled my appointment. I’ll be reaching out to upper management today. Cause this is inconsiderate. She makes this dentistry look bad.
Kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable and professional. If I must go to dentist this office is the best place.
Dr. Schneider is the best. The only reason I’m not leaving the full five stars is that the dental lab Innovative Dentistry is using is incompetent. It took two full months to deliver a partial, and this is not some third-world country. I can’t find the words!
Dr. Schneider is amazing, she is the best dentist in the DMV . She always makes sure you're comfortable and that you have a great experience even if you have to get work done!
