I love this building, when you look at it from outside it looks weird, but once your inside, Very good energy, staff is great, always friendly and makes you feel like your in a warm town, My sleep Dr was amazing, I keep coming back because it's simple, just bring your SD card in so they can read it. And your good to go.

Just like the positive reviews that I give on Facebook, I want to write here that the staff at Innovative Sleep Centers in Chehlis is exceptional! I love sharing with them and not just because I come in for a check up or whatever, but just because they're wonderful and effiecient and pleasant to share with! Thank you!

When I first got there, the place was immaculate. I was welcoed kind a like I was family. However, whenever they want to download my information, my modem is broken. It was a big fiasco and they had to replace the motor and then they couldn’t get information and the entire time they kept in touch with me and kept apologizing to him what so I wasn’t just sitting there twiddling my thumbs. Granted, I was getting very irritated for having to wait forever but the district manager was actually there helping he was being the nurse so to speak and was doing his best to get everything done, and make sure that I was able to get the supplies that I need. They went the mile.

Staff were helpful, understanding and showed compassion . Chris and Dian were on staff during my sleep study. They help to keep my anxiety at bay and supported me throughout the process.

I have only done my consultation, but the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable! Looking forward to my study!

Adjustments to my system made at my last visit have produced positive results and reinforce my confidence in Nancy and her team at the Chehalis, WA Innovative Sleep facility. These folks know their business and are committed to outstanding customer service. Being able to communicate and discuss my issues electronically are great assets that provide efficient and timely solutions to me. Nancy and her team's knowledge and undersstanding of therapy systems is broad and of great value to their patients. Outstanding and timely service and positive results are the norm.

I called to get established as a patient with them because my other provider in Olympia also sucked and went out of business. I spoke to a receptionist that collected all my information and basically said she wasn't sure if my insurance Kaiser was set up with them. I literally never got a call back. After reading the other reviews, I'm so glad I didn't. Do your self a favor and read all of them. Most of them reflect poorly on customer service, and being incredibly expensive and they hardly seem to care about customer service. I'm not wasting any time or money here.
