First time stopping in here and felt very unwelcome. Woman working I assume to be the owner was very rude. Stated that it was my first time stopping in and she responded sharply with well we are closing in 10 minutes. Had a question about a specific thing I was looking for and was also met with a rude, condescending response to that. I left and won't be back. Won't recommend. 2 stars because the selection looked good. Had I not been treated so poorly I would have went back another time.

The owner is so kind hearted. I found a baby kitten under 2 weeks old and I’m also not from the area and she offered her help in taking care of the bottle baby. So sweet of you, thank you for what you do!

Good inventory, poor personality. The woman is a little rude and follows you around without offering help unless you ask for it. Then she rushes you out after you buy. But she's super smart and has a good selection, and that's really what you're there for.

After today, I'm done shopping here. She *never* has anything I need and it's always a wasted trip. What natural medicine shop doesn't stock at least one or two neti pots through the winter months? It's back to ordering everything from Amazon or in bulk from Frontier and Mountain Rose. I'm done wating my time and gas. Nice lady, poor inventory for the herbalist.

Rose is knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you stuff, she will help you figure out what you need whether she carries it or not

Instantly Rude and poor costumer service. Automatically assumes things and won't even try to help out. I will never go back. Go somewhere else folks.

Whenever I have needed input on a product, the owner has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection.
