Insight Choices Mental Wellness is a team of mental health providers comprised of Psychiatrists and Marriage & Family Therapists.

Together they treat Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD/ADD), depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, opioid dependence, and various addiction issues, including treatment with Suboxone.

We found ourselves here because we followed our favorite nurse followed here from previous practice but i would never recommend this business. Pay upon making appt not at the time of or billed after - so when cancelling an appt you have to fill a form that takes up to 30 business days to get a response for a possible refund!!, incessant confirming of patient information for the simplest of questions, rates are over double what I have paid for appts at other places. Find somewhere else the headaches for their policies aren’t worth it.
Dr Rose N. was thorough, thoughtful, informative and kind. I appreciated her straightforward approach and how she explained her thought process when she decided on her recommendation. I feel like I am getting exceptional care.
After college I began having severe anxiety, due to the pressures of finding a job and adjusting to post grad life. Over the course of two months my anxiety became more intense, so I decided to make an appointment with Insight Choices. The staff were not only courteous and friendly but the help and treatment I received was unparalleled. Over the next couple months I saw a decrease in my stress and anxiety levels. If you're dealing with a similar situation I highly recommend reaching out to Insight Choices.
I've been a client of insight choices for nearly 5 years. When the pandemic started they were set up with telehealth and they continue to use this system making the process of doing monthly check-ups much better- I never miss an appointment. For someone that has been on a consistent medication schedule and maintains a well established regimen a 15 minute monthly telehealth session to checkin is perfect and insight choices provides this medical services; they have never failed me once in the 5 years monthly sessions. I've had different providers over the years- some have left the practice- so I was able to meet and try other doctors. Dr. Brendan Greenaway is who I have known the longest and Trish Tran is who I've been seeing the most this last year and I feel really comfortable with both. I really see the value of consistency and make it a point to never miss appointments and I take this serious so it's also nice to know there's someone invested in your well being and takes you serios too. I think the front desk staff are very good too- I usually call to make appointments or if there's issues with prescriptions I call. Sometimes pharmacies like CVS do not want to fill prescriptions and make it difficult. I've watched CVS "loose" and delete my prescription! Thankfully the front desk helped me to solve things. They have actually always followed through and helped if there's been any issue. They have a policy it can take up to two days to solve problems but very rarely have I waited 24 hours to resolve things. I don't recommend CVS by the way. If you need a pharmacy look for a smaller one that is more personable. Once I found a local small pharmacy i never once had a problem and if for example something wasn't right the pharmacist could reach out for me to front desk and fix it on the spot. My partner and a friend of mine are patients and we all feel blessed to have insight choices in our lives. Right now all doctors of every kind are heavily booked and for people that wish to get an immediate appointment the next day it may not be possible- I don't know where that is possible except at Urgent care centers. The fact I can schedule during my appointment with Trish Tran the follow up appointment and I don't have to call anymore has been a great upgrade to their system. They also send texts and emails to remind you which is helpful. My dermatologist couldn't see me for 3 months and my general practitioner was 5 months booked up so the fact I can get in with insight choices no matter what within a month is a god send. I acredite my mental health and well being to insight choices and I HIGHLY recommend others to take this path.

Terrible front desk and providers don’t follow up with you on anything. Told me to get a blood test but then never sent in an order, told me a location. Called office to ask a dozen times could never get an answer red flags all around
