Absolute waste of time and money. $150 later nothing worked and oh, you guessed it, they went for the "referral". I ended up going to Sprouts and buying a $7 homeopathic medicine which reduced my issue by 50%. Save your time and money from this pointless practice.

No response after medication change. Staff is lazy have to call to have them do their job. Unreliable … changing doctors !!! If you don’t have to come don’t done to start waste of time

Only in it for the money! Chelsea ruined more then she will ever know. Keep ordering expensive procedures and never can solve the problem. Never actually give you anything to help you. Chelsea is incompetent and documents to her advantage. You will end up paying for more then you thought. Reading someone's blog is better then going here - Dr. O.

This one star I only because of the rudeness of the one the office staff, Raylen. I love Dr.Mourani. I had an office visit with him 7/29. Which he wrote me a prescription that my insurance needed a prior authorization for . I F/U on progress, I called the office Alyssa stated that Raylen was the only person that does the authorization on medications that are submitted to insurance , and she had to leave for an emergency in the morning & would not be back until the afternoon . Alyssa was very sweet and told me if she could do it for me she would . She advised me that she had just received the faxed that morning from my pharmacy and it would get done that afternoon. I spoke to Raylen later that afternoon, from the beginning of the conversation she short in conversation & rude , stated that it had been done yesterday. I advised her the conversation I had with Alyssa in morning & that’s not what I was informed. She also stated I didn’t Have to call the office I could’ve called my pharmacy & didn’t have to call the office. I could’ve called my pharmacy they had the same information . When the medication is approved pharmacy will get notified . Told her that she seemed very short and rude and that I wanted to speak to the office manager. But I was advised she was not in . So she transferred me to the managers voicemail but then of course I was disconnected . I called back & told Raylen I know I must’ve been dissed connected by mistake. I’ve myself worked in the healthcare for over 25 years I would never talk to my patients the way that she talk to me today .

I visited Dr. Tarakji. His staff is awesome! They're kind, friendly. Office is really clean and has wide open floorplan. Dr. himself was nice, took time to answer all my questions and I feel he went above and beyond my expectations. I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy 1 week from today, and feel at ease about it.
