OMG!!! The best cookies I have ever bought! Rich butter-flavored cookies. I could eat one a day! If you have not tried these cookies, go get some. They have icecream also.
While visiting Bowling Green, me and daughter stopped to see what the hype was about Insomnia Cookies! The store was very welcoming. The price is affordable. This is a fun place to enjoy delicious cookies and ice cream! Yummy!!!!!!!!!
Maddie, Matthew, and Hannah were awesome! I ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived! They are a cashless retailer and I think that’s pretty awesome! The place was clean and I loved the bright colors! Parking downtown on Sunday was easy and they also offer curbside service! 5 star for the team at Insomnia Cookies!
I love Insomnia Cookies! Cookies are always the perfect warmth making them just super yummy! This one is new and super clean. Being on the square you may have to search for a parking spot but worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I 1st had these cookies delivered to my house on my birthday and they were a warm, sweet, mouth- watering treat! It's been about a month, decided to get some more and stopped in the store and they were warm and delicious, consistent goodness!!
Great potential that totally missed the mark. Located right around Fountain Square in downtown Bowling Green, the location is gold. However, the product is a total thumbs down. How can you get cookies and ice cream wrong? The ice cream was the exact same brand you can purchase at any grocery store, but here…it’s $5 for a small cup. The cookies are $2 each and nothing special. The brownie and ice cream my 11yo son ordered $7.75 he ranked a 3 out of 5 said my brownies, which I made from a box, were much better. They DO NOT accept cash. They DO NOT have a cup of ice or water…you have to purchase the bottled water. AND, the restrooms were disgusting. Save yourself some $ and buy some ice cream at the store along with a roll of cookie dough and boxed brownie mix to bake in the oven at home. The price would be cheaper and the taste SO much better.
Insanely expensive. $2.70 for a very small cookie where I can get 3 of the same size for the same price many other places. Didn’t check to see how expensive the ice cream was but can’t believe they stay in business. My guess is they get tourist like us that come once and wouldn’t go back again. I can’t believe a local would go there every week for that cost. My wife said her macadamia cookie probably only had 2 nuts in it.
Just bought one of every cookie flavor and I will say. I see the hype. Even the vegan is delicious. The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Just a heads up they’re so fresh and warm so try not to eat them in the car. Overall will come back again.
Never support a business that doesn’t accept US cash. How is that even possible. Also, worst customer service in town which is shocking because this town is the epitome of terrible customer service. No phone number to the store, no cash allowed, no friendly faces. Just a bunch of lifeless drones waiting for the clock to hit that magic number.
Totally embarrassed made an order and was excited to try new place , to be told my money is not accepted Also way too pricy anyway , will not ever be back do not recommend
