Everything you see at Inspired By JAKL is custom made and handcrafted by me.I do not import items for resale.
All RTS items are ready to ship, once payment has cleared. Shipping charges are not included in the listed price, unless otherwise posted. Most items can ship oversized letter mail (within Canada), but please message me to be sure. I ship within Canada, to the USA, as well as International. If you are out of Country, please don't hesitate to ask for a shipping quote! Local pick up is always welcome, and free of charge.

Custom orders are always welcome, and make up the majority of my work. Custom orders require a 20% deposit, before I begin working on them. The balance owing and shipping invoice will be sent, after your order is complete. This will guarantee the best possible shipping cost to you.
******Custom orders prices MAY vary from the prices of in stock items. This is due to having to purchase supplies that I do not have on hand, sourcing fabrics, notions and sometimes patterns for your custom order. In some cases, Ordering fabric online may be required, and the shipping of your fabric/supplies will be added to your total amount due.
Due to the custom nature of my business, MOST returns will not be accepted. Returns on personalized items, custom sized clothing or items or final sale items, will NOT be accepted. I will always double check spelling, sizes etc. with you before I begin. Please make sure that the information you provide is correct. Returns on RTS items will be considered on a case to case basis, providing the item has not been used/worn and you have contacted me withing 2 days of receiving the item.
