Each letter or symbol is individually hand stamped making each piece completely unique with no two alike. I work with aluminum and copper materials which are both lightweight and easy to maintain. Please know that I try to be incredibly fair with pricing, but prices will vary depending on the materials used and its availability. Custom pieces will always vary depending on the piece and that price will always be clarified before the item is made. All items must be paid for before the piece is made. Payments must be made through Paypal. Due to the custom nature of these products items cannot be cancelled after order is placed and payment is sent.

The current turn around time for orders is 7-10 business days.
If you do not like the ball chain substitutions are available for an additional cost.
Items can be shipped to anywhere in the USA for $3.50. International rates vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I ship from the US. Items shipped are not a gift, you are paying for them. I do add insurance and this is reflected in the cost you paid for the shipping. Shipping without insurance is NOT AN OPTION.
Your country may charge some form of duty fee or customs tax. It is the buyer's/recipient's responsibility to pay the appropriate customs charges, if any.
