The workers were rude and I would not advice anyone to go there. I have been getting my nails done over 7 yrs or longer. This was my worse experience and it is sad to be treated the way I was treated. I feel like if someone is bringing you their money for a service that hou should be polite because we don't have to go there. I hope their additives have changed. I also hope they do a better job also because within a week I was needing another fill-in and the nail polish was looking bad. I have never had gel polish look that way before so fast.à
11/18/2017 Be aware that their employees are leaving themselves five-star Google reviews against policy!! Kept getting coupons for this location in the local ValuPak envelope, so I decided to give them a try. I get my nails done as an occasional treat. When I do, I expect a pleasant experience and work that will last at least a week. Had a basic mani-pedi with red polish. The lady who did my nails was less than amiable and talkative. Rushed through the work and walked me over to the UV lights to set and forgot about me. Needless to say, the "paint job" was ruined when I walked out of the salon. I got attitude when I presented a coupon to pay; if you don't want customers to use them, why print them in the first place?! Will definitely NOT BE BACK to this salon, even though it's right around the corner from my home!!
I went here for a pedicure and the man that did it over filed the side of my toe nail too the point I had to get acrylic added to build my nail back up lucky I took a picture of my toes before he started which looked fine and a picture after he over filed I was also charged extra for the added acrylic even though it wouldn’t have been needed if he didnt over file now a few weeks later the acrylic applied has popped off and my nail is green so not only was my toe nail shape ruined they didnt use proper sanitation I don’t recommend this place especially when there are multiple nail shops in the area
I’m usually happy with their service since I moved to the area but the last couple times I haven’t been pleased. You have to get the same person to do your pedicure if not you won’t be satisfied with the new nail techs that come and go. They can’t do the simplest thing such as a French tip ! Some of the employees truly havent perfected their craft. It’s not fair that customers are used as guinnea pigs and expected to pay for it when it’s not done to standard. My nails or pedicures has been rushed on numerous occasions but tonight I am horrified on how they look. I had to ask to fix this and that when I never had to do that because it was close to closing time. I’ll never do that again! People work hard for their money and should not be given mediocre service no matter the time. Lesson learned! In search of a new nail shop indeed.
RUDE! I thought i'd found a good nail shop convenient to my house. The first time i went the lady, who appeared to be the owner, was not very welcoming but not necessarily rude so i returned a 2nd time. The same lady did my nails again. my phone notifications went off while she was removing my polish. i reach over to silence it and she scoffs "dont make the arm rest move!" uh ok sorry. shes referring to the cracked, dusty vinyl piece of material that customers rest their wrist on while receiving nail service. is not affixed to her table and moves very easily. there was also a lot of nail dust and residue in the area causing it to slide even easier than normal Her tone was rude and i noticed she rolled her eyes, But i let her proceed. Shes now filing my nails, I slowly and carefully reach over with my free hand to silence my phone again. MIND YOU SHE ACTUALLY TOOK A CALL ON HER CELL PHONE WHILE I WAS IN HER CHAIR so me hitting a button on my phone should be ok, right? when i reach over this time she sighs loudly and "says do you want me to take someone else so you can finish with your phone?" I was polite yet stern with my reply but the remaining time of my visit was very awkward. i WILL NOT be returning. I like to spend my money in places that make me feel welcome. Had my two young daughters not been eagerly waiting to also get their nails done i would have walked out at that very moment. Customers dont cater to nail techs, NAIL TECHS CATER TO THE CUSTOMERS. At least good ones do. I dont recommend In Style nails unless you arent concerned with how you will be treated as a paying customer.
