Founded in 2007, Suite Properties, LLC set out to create affordable, high quality suite space for the beauty industry. Out of that mission, InStyle Salon & Spa Suites was born. The flagship Elk Grove Village, Il location was opened that year. Leasing suites soon became very profitable. Demand continued to increase for the product so over the next years, with fine tuning, expert site selection, hands-on management the business has grown to five suburban locations in the Chicago area.
We offer spacious fully furnished private suites for Hair Stylists, Manicurists, Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and any other health or beauty professionals.
