Integrated Home Healthcare Services is a company founded on the belief that people are happier, safer, and healthier in their own home environments. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational, speech therapy, medical social work services to patients discharged from the hospitals or rehab facilities to continue the care and therapy in the home and prevent rehospitalization.
