Unprofessionalism at its finest. talks to other people about your child outside of work and the building. Tells people they are “stupid” and have no sympathy towards children I had a bad feeling when we first started going. and sure enough I was right her boyfriends issues with other people had her boyfriend threatening my little boy “ I know his pin” . absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

You don’t deserve the one star!!!!! Unfair billing practices where they will blame you for a missed appt when it wasn’t your fault. Refusing to remove the charge. Sends harassing mail in the child’s name as if they pay bills in the household. Different faces and unskilled workers. I tore up the bill btw because we are NOT paying it!!! You people have no heart for special needs kids or the services they require. I will never send my child back nor recommend you to even dogs!!!! I hope you close down!!!!

My son came here for OT for a few months. And would probably still be there if we hadn't moved. We love love love the staff, they were always so kind and gentle. And you can tell they really care for the kids they work with. If I could still take my son there I would in a heartbeat.

This business is located in a hard to find area. I was very applaud by what my husband experience while parked in front of this fine establishment. As he just pulled up in order to talk to one of his friend that he hasn't seen in awhile, that was on a bmx bike, he had on a tank top with alot of tattoos showing. An employee yelled outside towards him and my husband and said "Hey this is a place of business", not sure what she was referring to,maybe profiling my husband friend that was on a box bike.This made my husband not want to walk into this establishment with my son. This is very disturbing to hear that a staff member would make an assumption by the way a person looks or dress! And if your doing this to my husband friend,who to say your not talking about my kid or others that are suppose to be welcomed at this location. I would not refer my family nor friends to this establishment until this problem is corrected.

My son goes to OT here and we all love this place. The staff is the best and they are really good at what they do!! Hands down, best OT around!!
