Absolutely horrible, down right degrading real estate "company". Jen is a comple waste of your time and will lie to you tell you that what your interested in can be yours if you fill out the application then she will try to force you into something that you do not want just to fill that spot. Don't waste your time here like I did. They don't respect you

Had to get an apartment because my realtor, whom I was in a 6 month contract with, gave me instruction on how to kill my self and then harassed me about a question I had already answered 3-4 different times and proceeded to send a distasteful text message of her doubts about my seriousness of wanting to buy a home. Not a good experience for a first time home buyer. My lease is up in a few months and I hope I won’t have to go through something similar again.

Listing a house for sale with a bad well and not saying anything until a potential buyer spends $750 and two weeks of time to find out, is not what I would call “integrity”.

You will not find a kinder, more professional, and dedicated person than Marla Baily. She is honest and patient. She will make sure you are happy with your home purchase.
