INTENSE BELLYDANCE - FITNESS CLASSES

The Tango Dance Room Center , LA DanceFit and Karina Smirnoff Dance Studios has partnered with Award Winning Bellydance performer and instructor, Margallete Yosef, in featuring her demanding Bellydance Intensive fitness classes! Her classes have been also featured in popular LA Fitness Gyms, other local studios and now available every Tuesday and Wednesday nights in Sherman Oaks and West LA!
For beginner dancers or women looking to strengthen and tone the body, Bellydance is the key to maintaining the body as a whole, while developing grace and balance. With this type of exercise, women can progress in their own rate and can join in at any time, and ANY level.
We welcome all women, from all walks of life because we believe Bellydance Intensive is a movement EVERY women should MOVE with!!
This program is upbeat, while we teach you unique bellydance movements that we think our women will enjoy learning and love dancing with, even out of class! We burn an average of 700 calories in every session, pushing our students to their capacities with exciting middle eastern music and a studio full of smiles and energy!!
