Interim HealthCare of Birmingham AL

I have been with Interim of Birmingham for almost 5 years now and I work as a PRN registered nurse. I really enjoy home health and there are always opportunities to improve your skill set and try different aspects of nursing. If there are certain things you prefer you can request those types of cases and being PRN is great at Interim because of the flexibility you have basically making your own schedule. You get to set up your appointments with the clients and if you have another job, children, etc, it's great because you can fit in visits in a way that works with your schedule.

The owners could not have been more understanding and professional in the approach they took when it came to taking care of my son. It wasn’t just the service, but it was a comprehensive, and complete understanding of not only my son’s needs, but how the care administered took all family members into consideration. Melissa explained that they demand and expect excellence from their employees and it was evident. The negative review I read compelled me to write this review, which I usually don’t do. If it was from a disgruntled ex-employee, which that’s what it sounds like, he/she obviously did not meet the high professional standards that Melissa demands from her employees. It’s only those that meet those high standards that I would want in my house. I’m so thankful Interim was referred to me by another previous client.

I would use this facility with great caution. I was there being fingerprinted today and I was the only one in the office wearing a mask. I’m not sure how they could possibly think it would be ok to fingerprint me without wearing the required PPE, but I was the only one it seemed to bother. It was advertised as Socially Distanced. If you are required to be printed chose another location. This one is not COVID safe.

Terrible Services, Nurses Were Very Nice, But The Owners Were Mean & Rude, Take Your Business Elsewhere, And Remember What Goes Around Comes Back Around Again!
