I have been seeing two doctors at this practice for 12+ years and could not be more satisfied with my care by both. Both doctors are caring individuals who treat you as a person, and not a number. The icing on the cake is that the phlebotomist who runs the lab is superior to any phlebotomist I’ve had across many offices/hospitals. I don’t know how she does it!

Saw how many bad reviews this place has an was shocked. I have been coming here since I moved to the North Shore 5 years ago. Whenever I need an appointment, they get me in. I have had a few nurse practitioners see me over the years and I have no complains. My doctor is amazing and very responsive through the online portal. I have nothing but good things to say about my care here.

If I could give zero stars I would! I am beyond upset with the way I was treated here today! I have serve pain in my neck and throat only on my right side. I cant eat I cant drink and I cant sleep because I am in so much pain. I have felt like this all weekend and lost my voice yesterday, today the pain is the worst it has been since this all started, with the pain getting worse not better I called to make an appointment. I was told that sore throat is a Covid symptom so I would need to take a Covid test before I was seen by a doctor...its not really a sore throat, its a severe pain in my neck and throat but no problem I will do anything at this point I just want to have a doctor look at me and tell me what is going on so I can feel better! after taking a test and waiting outside in my car for 45 mins they call me and ask if I am vaccinated I am not they tell me that I am negative for both Covid and the flu. But because I am not vaccinated and I have a "Covid symptom" not really, but okay I can not be seen by a doctor. well they should have told me that up front and I would not be as upset as I am now! If you were never going to see me in the office then why did you have me drive all the way there and sit in my car for almost an hour to tell me something you could have told me over the phone this morning! poor communication on your part and shame on you for making me feel like I have done something wrong because I am not vaccinated. Can vaccinated patients get Covid? Yes! Can Vaccinated patients transmit Covid to others? Yes! So please explain to me why they can be seen by a doctor and I cant?   I'll Wait!

place is a joke to call and speak to someone live.  id avoid them press 2 press 3. leave a massage to talk to a doctor. get a call back  are you registered no o we cant help till you register . big run around welcome to the new American wonderful health care no-one wants to work these days

I've been extremely disappointed and frustrated with my care so far, about 2 years in. It's too bad there are not many good options for health care in this area.

Dr. August is outstanding! Can't imagine going to anyone else.  Thank you Dr. August
