This site is the beginning toward a launch of the real deal, cafe and book store coming (hopefully) full on in January, 2019. We will have not only books, magazines, etc., and so forth, but also publishing opportunities in our journal, and eventually publishing by IBCafe Press! Please focus with us on the dream, and when it becomes a reality, you'll be part of that great launch!

Beautiful little bookstore! Impressive selection in such a small footprint. It was a little crowded when I went, so may not be the spot if you're hoping for personal attention/interaction. Don't make my mistake and go here after Jimbo's or your ice cream will be thoroughly melted before you can drag yourself out!
Bookstore is small but all books are nicely displayed, especially the children's area is lovely designed. My daughter had a good time checking out all the newly released books. All books are organized according to their reading level and category as well. Pretty neat! It's quiet and plenty of seating options are available. As a big fan of dragons, I have to show you their dragon books collection : Will visit it again.
Such a wonderful book shop! Super kind booksellers and a great selection. I picked up some lovely mythology books and I will definitely be coming back. :

A cozy modern bookstore takes the place now that Barnes & Noble was torn down to make way for the new section in the Del Mar Highlands. It’s nice to have seating scattered throughout the store. Staff seemed very excited & willing to help.

Super cute small business bookstore. The people there are really nice and the selection is great. There are also gifts and stationary beyond the books.
So glad I just found this bookstore. It's always fun supporting local and all three people that helped me in the store were attentive and so enjoyable to talk to. I'm so excited about the different book recommendations they gave me! I will definitely be back. In a world where customer service sometimes seems lost, this bookstore is doing it right.
This bookstore is beautiful! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed browsing they're recommended book section. I was also very impressed with the children's book section, which is cozy with seating for kids to read and play.
Helpful staff and a big selection of well organized books.
