International Boxing & Fitness is here to provide our community a safe, clean, positive and motivating training environment. We use the art of Boxing, MMA, and Fitness to emphasize the importance of team work, good sportsmanship, and fair play; while encouraging mental, spiritual, and physical improvement to be an all-around better person and athlete.
Our mission is to impact as many individuals as possible with the positive benefits our facility provides. By following our one of a kind program, members will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, and agility. Our members demonstrate a drastic improvement in their self-esteem and self-confidence.
