IBMA was founded by Mr. Ricky Manrique. The concept of training "Potential Superintendents" in 2005 started at as a Live-in Superintendent himself. Ricky Manrique was a practicing Engineer. He also has experience as Property, Maintenance and Engineering Manager back in Philippines and used the knowledge he accumulated through the years to mentor those who have shown interest in the field of Building Maintenance. With his determination and motivation he was able to network and create relationships with more than 100 property management companies.
