If I could give this place negative stars I would...this place is a scam. If anyone is thinking of joing I would highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else. None of the Chefs speak English but they dont tell you that when you enroll...there's roaches in the kitches, the place always smells of sewage and when you want to address issues with the owner she is always to busy to address the issue. Oh but when they're trying g to scam you into joing she gives you this long talk about how great this school is...don't buy into it...ITS ALL A SCAM!!!! The only reason I keep coming is because I dont want to give them the satisfaction of giving them free money...they make you pay first and wont give you refunds!! Dont do it
Called and visited this school in an attempt to hire culinary students for a new restaurant project I was working on. They never once referred a single student or even followed up with me. I would not recommend students enroll here if they are wanting to get hired by anyone. This school makes no effort to connect their students with culinary jobs.
I never got back my 100 dlls for a partial down payment I gave for a course That I regreted the next day due to the owner being so pushy wich was my fault for giving in. I asked if I could have my money back since I had changed my mind about attending and they said they gave no refunds :
This school is a fraud I’m a minor I took 2 diploma classes and the diplomas are fake and then I took the certificate course and they didn’t give to me for being a minor and they never told me that minors couldn’t enroll my mom paid 13,500 dollars with all three things I took there
Don’t understand why this place has low reviews but in my opinion the courses were good and the management is really friendly.
It's a joke of a school, not worth the money you spend

They are a fraud, they steal from people, they do not have certified chefs as they say by TWC. It does not have the complete material from poorly written recipes I have interpreted from English to Spanish. Susana Garcia, the director, only deceives people by promising them certifications and comparing herself to the cordon blue, when everything is a lie. Only in Tampico they have already been seized by an institution for fraud. Their prices are ridiculous $12,000 thousand cost mine Do not be fooled because it only serves to steal even the dreams that one has to become great Chefs. And they don't teach the basics, how to correctly hold a knife, cuts, mother rooms. THEY ARE FRAUD
This school is a farce. How they see you, they charge you. They sold me the course for 8,200 dlls to other people from 12 to 13,000 dlls. On their website they say bachelor's degree when it's just a course. They have students and possibly chefs without papers even knowing that you cannot receive the diploma that they print themselves, some do not even have the seal. They constantly change your chef. They never have what is necessary for the recipes and they are poorly translated. The teachers do not speak English and we had classmates who did not speak Spanish and we had to teach the class but they do not tell you that, in addition to Mrs. Susana Garcia The owner is very good at manipulating people and she spends her time talking to you about God. She boasts about the school in Mexico when they were already closed and seized for the same reason. And there is evidence of all this. I hope the authorities do something so they don't continue stealing to the people of the valley
