It’s hard losing a loved one, but the customer services here makes it worse. As I call to get an update on the death certificate, the female receptionist has a nasty attitude, is uncooperative and does not try to give helpful information at all. She should not be on the phone at all taking calls. I would be recommended them specifically for this fact alone that you will have to deal with her at some point.
Can I give this place -3 stars? My father’s funeral was 8/21/2020. Today is 3/1/2021 and I have yet to receive his ashes, but my sisters and I have heard every lame excuse in the books. We went to this company in heartbreak, and they have robbed us of the honesty and dignity we deserve, as the last remaining memories of our dear father. At this point, we don’t believe we will ever get his ashes.
My family have been with the Charles E Huff’s International before I was even born. No one likes to experience the loss of a love one, but my choice of service, I would highly recommend this funeral home establishment. They are very kind and respectful and they treat you like family from the beginning to the end of service.
They do all of my family members.They just had my dad back in July 2015. EXCELLENT WORK.......
