International Gold Gymnastics offers a sound and safe development plan for children of all ages. Starting as early as 6 months, our KinderGym Program teaches children to coordinate both their bodies and minds to accomplish skills, and learn the basics of movement. Once these basics are mastered, Recreational and Team Programs are available to continue the Gymnastics learning experience. IGG strives to promote positive reinforcement for every child, as well as a disciplined yet fun environment to test the limits of the human body.
IGG Programs:
*Achievement Program*
Non-competitive gymnastics classes 1-2 days a week. Children progress by learning skills at their own pace and move up levels once a certain number of skills have been mastered.
*Team Program*
Competitive Gymnastics 2-6 days a week. Gymnasts train year-round to master skills before competition season begins. During competition season, gymnasts travel around the state, region or nation to compete with other gymnasts at their level. Levels range from 2-10, and gymnasts compete the level decided upon by their coaches and parents.
*Tumbling & Private Lessons*
Focusing on the acrobatic elements of gymnastics. Offered primarily to benefit pursuit of Cheerleading and Dance.
*Birthday Parties*
Make your child's special day with trampolines, pits, bars and of course cake and presents. Birthday Parties last 2 hours with 1 1/2 hours of Gym time. Gym time is structured, and we combine gymnastics teaching with games to ensure your child has a great time.
*Year 'Round Camp*
Offering After School Pick-Up from various schools, IGG Year 'Round Camp is great for any kid who loves to bounce, swing and flip.
