Our goal at IGC is for our gymnasts to gain not only superior gymnastics abilities, but also confidence and focus to support them in all aspects of their lives.
Our 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility is fully equipped for mens, womens, acro, and pre-school gymnastics. We are committed to providing high-quality, high-performance products for our athletes, including a selection of both AAI and Speith Anderson apparatuses.
Our newest feature is a 30 feet by 30 feet training pit, the largest such structure in the greater Sacramento area. Filled with over 6,800 foam cubes, the pit gives gymnasts the opportunity to gain confidence and practice challenging skills before transferring them to competitive surfaces.
IGC is also home to an exclusive kinder area with mini versions of elite equipment that enhance safety and provide a focused environment for our pre-school athletes to explore.
And last, but not least, our parent observation area is set up for your convenience with 5 rows of seating and FREE wireless internet access.
