At the IHH Yoga Loft, our intention is to create a sacred space to share & teach tools that help you in your journey to create harmony, awareness & connectedness. We offer yoga, meditation, energy medicine, sound healing, bodywork, & much more.
The Yoga Loft is a community center who’s main initiative is to promote health and healing through methods that integrate mind/body/spirit. Our teachers and special event hosts align in creating a space for people to heal and integrate on their highest level. The Loft also offers blocks of time that are available for rent to host your consciousness raising workshops. Once a month, we invite local “light workers” to hold an event for free in our meeting room. Contact us if you are interested in holding your next workshop with us.
