Although it was Jasmine's first day she was great !!! The food was good...Food: 5/5

Food and service was great! There was a bit of a wait but we were seated as quickly as possible. Will definitely return!

Hostess never called when our name came up and had a snarky comment about not being there after being called. She didn't greet or say goodbye to anyone while we were there and played on her phone while the waitresses were scrambling to handle all of the tables all well do their own bussing. They only had enough waitresses to handle about half of the tables in the store. The rest were empty.

Wow. Just wow. The food was good, but the entire place could benefit from some serious team building exercises. The service was horrible! 30 minutes just to get coffee. By the time the creamer was brought to our table our coffee was cold. I witnessed a guy from the table next to us get up and get his own butter. I come from a long line of waitresses in my family- I respect the job and the hustle and the difficulties that come with the job- especially post pandemic, but there was no excuse for the kind of service we received today.

Ordered the avocado toast, came on dry bread and only 4 very small slices of avocado. Service was very slow, the other meals were good, except fries with one meal were only a small handful. Will not be back to this one!Food: 1/5

The gluten-free options are wonderful!! The service was friendly. Not many of us in there, like three tables. The table before ours had a wrong order on two things. We had one wrong order but didn't send it back because it was fine and cost the same. Everyone was happy and we all enjoyed our food.Food: 5/5

The food was HORRIBLE! Came out dry, cold, funny tasting and I was missing parts of my meal. It also all seemed kinda stale. I took my leftovers home for my chickens and they didn’t even want it! Chickens eat EVERYTHING usually The waitress was nice and they seemed short staffed but still. We waited almost an hour for our food and they were not busy at all. It was all in all just disappointing. I’d go somewhere else for a nice meal.

Had the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt which was amazing and for my side a bowl of fruit, which looked like I was being rationed. I had 3 grapes, two little pineapple chunks and 2 pieces of cut up green and yellow melon. I laughed as I would have gotten about 7 fries had I asked for that to be my side. That is the reason they got a 3. Do better on your portions IHOP. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Tables were promptly cleaned once patrons left. I'll go back, just order something different. Parking: It was a Sunday mid afternoon and beautiful out. That says it all. Just busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, alot of room for handicapped parking and easy entrance for wheelchairs.

My family and I were very excited to finally live in a city with a IHOP!! Unfortunately we were absolutely disgusted and let down. Let's start off with the fact THERE WAS A BUG IN OUR SALAD!!! We Didn't even notice until my fiance had taken a bite. The portions are so incredibly small. The crepes and pancakes were actually good... Until we added the side of strawberries that came with the strawberry banana crepes and it tasted like sour wine if that makes sense. I ordered the turkey dinner.. I received a tiny cup of potatoes one used for a side of dressing. The turkey was not even a piece of turkey, it seemed as if I got the scrapings from the bottom of the pan fatty and slimy. there's no flavor to the food. My mashed potatoes were super runny as if it was just mixed in the cup with a bunch of water and into my order. My biggest thing was the bug. I understand bugs fruit flies, nats can happen, especially with produce. But this was neither of those bugs and it was on top dead. Completely grossed out. Unfortunately I did not get pictures of the portions because I can get passed that.. But a bug in my food?!? Absolutely not!

Came here after church, seated a a wobbly table, with no silverware, had to ask for it after food was brought, took 45 minutes to get food. After we were seated, waitress took our drink order I asked for coffee and half and half, and then I had to 10 minutes after I got coffee get up and ask for the half and half. I ordered a cheese steak stacker and asked for two fried eggs medium, when I got my order I only got one egg and had to again wait for the waitress to come around to ask for my second egg. my daughters toast was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. Not one time did the waitress come back around and ask anyone if they needed a refill at our table. Lastly when the waitress brought us our food she carried it out stacked each plate on top of each other half off another on her arm and not on a tray, how unprofessional. I called when I got home and spoke to the manager, I got nothing but excuses. Terrible!
