Interstate Batteries

Having to purchase a new replacement car battery can be an expensive but necessary part to buy nowadays. The last one I purchased at autozone cost me $220.00...GMC Denali. But, purchasing a refurbished/ used battery from a reputable battery company like Interstate Batteries...is a great money saving option. I would have paid over $200.00, Instead I paid a total of $65.00 for a used one with 4 months warranty, clerk said it should last 2 years...and if I had any problems within the 4 month warranty period to take it back. My family and I don't buy anything but Interstate batteries. The guys that work their are nice. They helped me take the battery out of the back of my car and put the new one in, so I didn't have to lift a finger. I love the quality of their batteries and they offer great warranty's. They have decent prices and they even offer used batteries. I had bought a used one and they said it would last about 18-24 months. Thing lasted me about 4-5 years

I brought in my battery and told the guy I need the exact one he gave me the wrong one and I connected it to my car and my fuse blew up I came back to get the right battery and ask for a discount or a recompention on fuse and I was rudely told he wasn’t able to do anything when and said well they look similar that’s probably why they got confused but if this is their daily job this shouldn’t be happening. Your better off going to the San Gabriel one it’s also 10 dollars cheaper then this place.

Asked me to move my battery dead car because I was "in the way". They told me to come back at 9am if I wanted my battery installed. They don't sell used batteries anymore, only new ones for $190. You're funny if you think they know what service with a smile means.

Recommend this place. They didn't sell or try to sell me a battery I didn't need. They checked mine out and the date, said it was still good even though I ran it down. Which is was sent me there. and sent me on my way. Thanks for saving me my money I didn't need to spend, appreciate it.

No fuss. no mess. Easy in and out. My original battery failed and they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked...they even supplied my some hand tools to remove a battery in the lot for my other vehicle.

It was 2:45pm and we came to buy a battery for my car and they had the open sign up so i came all the way from montebello and they couldn't sell me a battery due to employee training atleast they should have one employee to sell me a battery so this has been a very bad experience for me i am not coming back to this place anymore

Called ahead and Paul said he had what I needed in a recycled battery. Drove 1 hour each way to find out they didn't have what I needed in a recycled battery. Offered to sell me a new battery instead. Bait and switch. Might want to look somewhere else.
