I was very happy with my purchase of a GE Washer and dryer from Interstate Kitchen Supply / Appliance. Fair prices, friendly people, excellent delivery and installation. Also owning a small local business myself, I always prefer buying from a locally owned business rather than a big box store whenever possible. Why not keep our money in Cleveland?
Incredible prices- buy local instead of a big box store. They even store your appliances until you're ready for them- something big stores usually don't do. Great experience with knowledgeable staff, wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was very impressed with the service from Interstate. John actually came to my home to personally fix a little problem and he answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to use the appliances. He went out of his way. I highly recommend Interstate!!

Knowledgeable and friendly appliance experts ... I didn't feel intimidated asking all sorts of questions and I really value the fact that I can talk one on one with the sales person instead of going around and around at some other stores. Definitely worth doing business with IKS because they offer the most competitive prices, too. You get what you're looking for here - you'll be happy you didn't waste your time elsewhere.

Our refrigerator was purchased from interstate Kitchen Supply about two years ago. Recently we noticed water collection on the bottom floor of the refrigerator. It took us tremendous effort with the help of qualified technician until we found the reason. The drain pan was substantially rusted and eroded which created a hole that leaked the water. This is a considerable manufacturer deffeciency for only 2 year old refrigerator. We want to pass this problem to a higher level official at GE factory to express our great disappointment of the GE products. We are looking for an explanation for such a deffeciency which is a health hazard. When GE called us back they said the refrigerator was manufactured in 2008 which we were not aware of since that the sales person at Interstate Kitchen Supply did not disclose to us when we purchased the refrigerator in 2014. Our recent findings suggest that this deficiency of our GE model the Leaking rusted- pan has been detected by several other customers like us. Thanks to the store representative of interstate kitchen, she has been helpful and cooperative to share with us the extent of this problem. She claimed that the store was not aware of the refrigerator shelf life and manufacturing year of 2008.
