Once you get to the gate, text the number in front of you. Apparently theres a late fee it wasn’t anything on my part I was two hours early. That’s there procedure depending on who you drive for. Once you pay they will give you a door number to drop the load at, five feet away from the door, tandem to the rear. Empty trailers all the way down to your left.
I had my Delivery Appointment at 9PM. I checked in at 7:20PM and at 9:20PM I got empty. This facility is very organized. You check in at the gate, than they send a text message with dock#. No overnight parking. This is my 2nd time going there and getting empty before my appointment.
Very nice facility. With automated check-in, the only time you need to step out of your truck is to slide your tandems. Well run and very efficient warehouse. Wouldn't mind running loads out of there again.
arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. the door number was sent by SMS. loading was more than 4 hours. moved very slowly. other drivers came and went back, and I was being dumped all this time. it's disrespectful
Very easy check in and out, they give you dock number right away, very organized, but unfortunately been here two days in a row, as my second day, been sitting here for 4 hours now and they have not start loading me yet, my appointment not til 1400,same thing yesterday, but since they start loading you its very fast.lots of room open 24/7 when i called..
They are friendly they help out.... They loaded it fast. Went to scale i was 2500 lbs over cause of my setup have a volvo 860 and stainless steel trlr not their fault... went back and they took 2 pallets off. Made it even. Thank you. Keep up the great work.
I was late 30 minutes. My appointment was 5:00pm. I checked in 5:29pm they gave me right way dock. I did checked out 6:56pm. They are too fast.
Fairly quick load time. Everyone I talked to there was very nice, no bad attitudes. The rare inside restroom facility for drivers.
Interstate Warehousing indeed does offer overnight parking. The only request is that you complete the check out process which entails returning to the Welcome Center / check in building with your trailer. Once that’s done, you are more than welcome to stay in the secured lot.
Not a fan of the phone check-in but was definitely about the same amount of work to type in my phone vs walking the whole lot to find a office. They have restrooms and vending machines. Bumped a dock the moment I got there. Took about 2 hours to unload so not to bad I guess
