I will be holding interval workouts that incorporate cardio, strength, mobility, and overall fitness! These workouts will be 2-4 times per week at a track, park, or parking lot in/near Stillwater. I will be charging $5 per workout for the first two and then the third one is "free." I will have some kettle bells, dumbbells, power bands, a tire or two, speed ladder, jump ropes, tennis balls and sandbags. It is a great way to get your workout in and get fit! I will include more information as people join the group!
