We often get salvage cases from clinics that have either closed, been shut-down or move every few months. We start from the beginning, review imaging studies, UDS, You will have a thorough, neurologic and musculoskeletal orthopedic exam, and a specific plan-of-care will be designed you will probably have an EMG to follow. You may need PT, OT, neurosurgical or orthopedic surgical care to follow. When and if it becomes clear there is no clear-cut surgical solution we will discuss implantable technologies.

If you are looking for “narcotics”, or trying to just get pain pills, then - please do not try and make an appointment - Dr Mike will try and do everything in his power to help and assist you and you will be offered state-of-the art options, including but not limited to interventional treatments and we do help people with chemical dependency and addiction issues but if you are expecting to walk in and just be on “narcotics” you will be disappointed.
