Our goal remains to help patients Restore Health and Overcome Chronic Pain. We offer hybrid Complete Care Memberships, Complete Care Programs and Interventional Pain Management Services. Patients using our model of care have accomplished inspiring results. It makes no sense for us to continue to practice outdated, ineffective and sometimes harmful models of chronic pain management.
An InTouch Complete Care℠ Membership allows your patient to develop a Personal Pain Management Practice. Our membership is cash based. Patients pay a monthly membership fee for scheduled access to our Functional Conditioning Center, Restorative Yoga, Meditation Classes, Chi Gung, Nutrition Courses, Education Workshops, In-Office Interventions (additional in-office intervention fee) and an InTouch Functional Medicine Workbook. Medical office visits and other covered services will be billed through their insurance carrier, if contracted.
We currently offer participants 5 distinct intensive, 12-week Complete Care℠ Programs; Headache Program, Neuropathic Pain Program (includes CRPS), Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Program, Patient Specific Complex Condition Program, e.g. Pelvic Pain, Abdominal Pain, Chronic Pancreatitis, Pudendal Neuropathy and Neck & Back Pain Program. We provide an experience that more rapidly and predictably helps participants successfully develop and initiate a Personal Pain Management Practice
The staff of InTouch Functional Medicine assist patients in becoming active practitioners, to recognize and evaluate choices to make necessary behavioral changes to regain a healthy, functional life. We emphasize titration and cessation of cognitive impairing medications including opioids,Identifying and changing harmful beliefs and behaviors, Learning new behaviors and skills and improving existing useful skills, Creating effective and sustainable strategies and Mastering skills through daily practice.
