It's not a bad place for what it is. It offers kitchenette with table, chairs, & sofa. Room size was decent for a studio. TV channels & wifi are fine. Honestly, not a place to live forever, but not bad place for a short term stay. Not a place to stay for vacation, pay the extra go to the beach .
Service and what you get is not equivalent to the over priced hotel. Well didn't see all of the reviews before staying here. Currently in transit. Overly priced hotel. Housekeeper doesn't clean maintenance finally came to fix the bathroom vent after 2 weeks. He swept but didn't clean all of the residue off of the sink and toilet. I purposely didn't clean up after him to see of the will clean it. And just as I thought they don't clean. She changed the linen and dumped the garbage. Toilet has so much gunk in it I tried Clorox bleach scrubbing and lime a way. Still can't het it clean. This is months if not years of not cleaning the toilets. Told the front desk all they asked of I was in the room. I left and came back to the room in 2 hours later a no changed. Toilet wouldn't fill up maintenance fixed it. Front desk they don't replenish the towels or tissue paper. Just cheap. Its $589 per week. Are you kidding me? Should only be $300 The only thing new in the room is the microwave. I don't get it. Where is all of the money going?????Extended Stay with no gym computer room or pool. All rooms should be upgraded. Lord help us all.
Please don't waste your money or time. Extremely dirty, roaches everywhere, employees are very rude and unprofessional, new management is the worst they hated my service dog for no reason, I've experienced racism and harassment. Not to mention that crack pipes and needles are literally all over the property. I was living there for close to a year before they kicked me and my elderly/ill parents out and said the reason was the room had a dog smell.... They been doing this to everyone with a service dog. Fyi they had to hire this new management team because the last team was committing credit card fraud. Please be careful
Maintenance/upkeep, are not a priority here. Housekeeping, is just someone enters the roomthere or not and just makes the bed{or not}? Laundry machines, fail all the time, no rush for repair. Local news, should do a report on this failed place. Like so many other properties. No stars. Tough to get a hold of anyone, at the numbers provided. They don't care and don't hide the fact either.
The bed bugs we’re insane… covered my whole body in bites just for the general manager to be RUDE and hang up on me, kick me out the hotel and issue me a refund thinking that that will suffice??? I was pulling them out my hair… this hotel and the GM WILL BE SUED. I am currently in the hospital for my issss the bites covered my face, arms, chest, back, legs and sadly more
I wish there was a zero star option. These people are extremely rude and all over the place with inaccurate information and will steal your packages and cover for each other. For one I had a package delivered to the front desk, it was signed by someone on the property which shows on the website and yet everyone denied having the package they are extreme thiefs here. Then we were leaving the property and se spoke to the property attendant who allowed us a late check out then the weird skinny looking girl who I think stole my package knocks on the door and after explaininh to her we spoke to someone she says we won't get our deposit back because he is not a front desk worker "he's just a property attendant". That's fine keep the deposit love yall get paid like $15 an hour, you need it more than I do.

The front desk from 5:00pm to 10:00am does not exist, the alternate number for guests to call does not answer, the room was "apparently clean" when they ask you to go and inspect, but it was dirty. The front desk guy thinks he is some how superior and very cooky. You pay "less" you got less.... thats the mentality there.
This dump doesn't even deserve one star. The room floor was dirty at check in. We called housekeeping, she came and used a towel and squeeze bottle of detergent to mop. The a.c. leaked inside of the room, they gave us a pail to collect the water... So then we had to endure the sound of the dripping all night. They only provide one set of towels, no others will be given during your stay. And housekeeping never came to clean even with a week long stay. The pictures on the website is not a true representation of what you will get.
