Don't store anything here that you don't want stolen! My 2018 18 foot travel trailer was taken at the end of June. Also, a utility trailer with ATV was stolen a week earlier. While police were taking my report on July 7th another lady drove up and reported her unit was broken into. PIN codes and camera's either don't work or management uncooperative with IGH police.

A great experience all the way around. Good, friendly folks who treated me well.  The gate always worked and staff was always friendly and personable!  I would definitely rent again and recommend without hesitation.  Thank you Garrett and Sue!

Very fair prices. I had to pay an extra month because I either forgot or wasn't told about the 30 day notice to vacate. Maybe send out monthly reminders to customers? Other than that no problems and very friendly service.

The security guard patrol told us we had to leave immediately when the 24 hour access was the selling point for paying the obscene amount for a metal box out in the middle of nowhere.

They make up ridiculous reasons why they are keeping your deposit. I recieved 4 different reasons why they kept mine. The owner was told to "call me" and has not.
