Invision Sally Jobe

I'm not great with names at all but the woman who checked me in was efficient, friendly, and caught an insurance error that could've been a disaster. As a walk in I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The X-ray tech was friendly as well. A great experience considering why I was there!

I was pleased there wasn't a long wait, actually there wasn't even a wait. The staff was very nice, joked with me, and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

They were great, very friendly, made me feel comfort, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I scheduled an ultrasound appointment over the weekend at Invision Sally Jobe so that I could begin my fertility treatment early this week. The scheduler was kind and supportive and so I was very much looking forward to my appointment. However, I was greatly disappointed when I was called the day of my appointment to be told that the particular service wasn’t provided, that I had been scheduled by mistake, and that my appointment was cancelled. While I understand this happens, I wish this would have been identified earlier when I was making the appointment especially since I provided the doctor order form or that I would have been notified earlier in the day so I could try and find an alternative appointment. The staff seem wonderful, I just wish that the scheduling process had been a better experience.

The lady behind the front desk was great! Patient, kind, and helpful as she was balancing many jobs. The xray tech was also very kind with sweet sense of humor!! Old looking office but excellent people.

I took my 93 year old mother to the Sally Jobe on Potomac in Aurora. My mother is on a walker and she does not hear or see well. We were seen promptly and the staff there was very kind and patient with my mother and also with another elderly person who happened to be there at the same time. They could not have been nicer - especially the technician who was so helpful and took extra time to explain things to my mother. Thank you!

I was greeted and helped immediately. Everything went real smooth. Samantha came and got me right away, she was very conscientious of what she was doing and explained it to me in a clear concise way. She really is a delightful you woman. The location was quite clean. I will definitely return to this location.
